Retired. Over 30 years in oil and chemicals industry in UK and abroad. Fulford resident since 1997. Parish Councillor (co-opted) snce 2009. Was appointed Chairman of the Council in May 2011. Current interests include open spaces, development control, and financial controls / general purposes.
