Julian Young
Councillor
Julian has always lived in the York area and moved to Fulford in 2008 with his wife and child. Working as a technical project manager for a local company he has also represented the UK for international standards development.
Joining the council in 2009 Julian is a member of the Planning working group and has more recently become a member of the Cemetery Committee. He is also Chair of the Social Hall working group. He has a particular interest in balancing the protection of the historic character of Fulford whilst looking to the future and the needs of the local community.
