Stephen came to York in 1985, has lived in the parish since 1995 with his wife, Helen and joined the Council in 1998.In his spare time Stephen is an active member of New Earswick Musical Society. He is also a historical re-enactor researching Late Roman Britain and a member of the Battle of Fulford Society. His priorities are to maintain Fulford's distinct community identity and protect its heritage and the environment.
